About this list
BoxRouter uses the companies below to provide the Service. They process personal information only to provide their services to us, under their own terms and data protection commitments. We update this page when we add or replace providers.
Compute providers you use through your own account work under your agreement with them, not as BoxRouter's subprocessors.
Infrastructure and operations
Cloudflare: website delivery, security and request routing. Cloudflare Email Routing: delivery of feedback reports to our verified feedback recipient. Amazon Web Services: hosting for our API and background services, database and backups. Archil: storage for volumes and their checkpoints. Grafana Labs (Grafana Cloud): logs, metrics and traces used to monitor the Service.
Sign-in, integrations and payments
WorkOS and Google Firebase: sign-in and email authentication. Google and GitHub: sign-in, when you choose them. GitHub: repository and job integrations you install. Stripe: payments, invoices, receipts, tax and fraud prevention.
Compute providers
When your workload runs on BoxRouter-funded compute, it runs on one of these providers: E2B, Daytona, Modal, Vercel or Blaxel. The provider receives your workload and the data needed to run it. Each has its own data practices, which differ in logging, retention and training; review each provider's own policies before sending it sensitive data.
Changes and questions
Customers with a data processing agreement get notice of new subprocessors as that agreement describes. Questions: privacy@boxrouter.ai.
